Our mission is to study pharmacokinetics, and/or pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PKPD) relationship of antimalarial agents both in clinical and pre-clinical studies. Our bio-analytical laboratory follows FDA guidance for good laboratory practice (GLP compliance). The method development and full validation will be done before analysis of the samples. The drug levels in biological fluids will be analyzed and quantified by either ultra pressure liquid chromatography coupled with tandam mass spectrometer (UPLC-MSMS) or liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometer (LC-MS). Additionally, PK modeling will be performed by Phoenix WinNonlin.
